县域旅游绩效管理方法研究

县域旅游对县域经济发展的作用十分突出和重要,因而县域旅游绩效管理也成为政府绩效管理的重点。本文针对县城旅游绩效指标体系不统一的问题,借鉴PDCA管理思路,构建了县城旅游绩效指标体系,并具体分析和研究了绩效计划、执行管理、检查考核、改进提升四个环节构成的县域旅游绩效管理PDCA循环机制。

The development of county tourism economy is very important for the economic development of our country. Recently, the wide development of tourism performance management in our county governmental departments has become the emphasis of the governmental performance management. Aiming at the disunity of tourism performance index system of counties, by applying the PDCA management thought, this paper establish the tourism performance index system of counties, analyzes the PDCA cycle mechanism of county tourism performance management in planning, implementation, evaluation and improvement.
