摘要
本文总结了在集群知识网络情境下分析出版企业业务流程的意义,并将出版企业所嵌入集群知识网络结构归纳为核心企业、供应商、营销商、服务组织四种组织群体体;从显性和隐性知识流动两个方面探讨了集群内知识网络的驱动效应,并总结了上述四种组织群体在知识网络的不同功能定位;从提升出版企业的声誉度、加强集群的网络柔性两个方面提出了出版企业业务流程优化所需的支撑平台,从选题开发论证、与作者沟通和跟踪写作、编辑加工、印刷生产、营销推广、销售管理等方面提出了出版业务流程各阶段的优化模式。
The significant meaning of analyzing publishing enterprise business process under cluster knowledge network environment is summarized. And cluster knowledge network structure is generalized as the following four organization groups: core enter- prise, supplier, marketer and service organization. The driving effect of cluster knowledge network is discussed from explicit and implicit knowledge flows. And different functional orientations on knowledge network of the above four kinds of organization groups are elaborated. The supporting platform of optimizing publishing enterprise business process is offered as enhancing the reputation degree of publishing enterprise and strengthening the network flexibility. And the optimizing model of publishing business process each stage is proposed as the following six aspects: subject development demonstration, author communication and writing tracking, editing processing, printing and production, marketing promotion, and sales management.
