摘要
利用2012年3月—2013年2月在鄱阳湖通长江水道进行的定置网鲤鱼渔获物调查的数据,运用软件FiS A TⅡ对鲤鱼的生长参数以及种群补充模式进行了估算。研究结果表明,鄱阳湖通长江水道鲤鱼体长为55~720 mm ;体长(L ,mm)和体质量(m ,g)的关系式为 m =3.021×10-5 L2.955( r2=0.978,n=549),von Bertalanffy 生长方程的各参数为:渐远体长 L∞=753.38 mm ,生长系数 k=0.170,理论生长起点年龄 t0=-0.687。总死亡系数 Z=0.701a-1,自然死亡系数 M=0.362 a-1,捕捞死亡系数 F= 0.339 a-1。种群补充模式表明,鄱阳湖通长江水道鲤鱼种群补充期双峰值分别出现在3月和6月份。鄱阳湖通长江水道鲤鱼开发率E= 0.484,与刀刃式选择假设模型中的其最大渔获量的开发率Emax = 0.472非常接近,提示在当前的捕捞活动下,鄱阳湖通长江水道鲤鱼的渔获量很高,同时,其种群内在动态变化规律有待深入研究。
Growth ,mortality and recruitment were estimated based on length‐frequency data in common carp Cyprinus carpio collected from the set net fishery survey in Poyang Lake through the Yangtze River Waterway from March ,2012 to February ,2013 ,using FiSAT Ⅱ software .The results showed that the common carp population had body length of 55—720 mm ,and that the relationship between body length (L ,mm) and body weight (m ,g) was expressed as m = 3 .021 × 10‐5 L2 .955 (r2 =0 .978 ,n= 549) .The es‐timated parameter for von Bertalanffy growth equation was found to be L ∞ = 753 .38 mm ,k= 0 .170 ,t0 =-0 .687 .Total mortality (Z) was estimated as 0 .701a‐1 ,natural mortality (M ) 0 .362 a-1 ,and fishing mor‐tality (F) 0 .339 a-1 .The recruitment pattern showed a continuous trend with double peaks in March and June .The exploitation rate of 0 .484 was very close to the maximal catching rate of Emax0 .472 in the knife-edge model ,indicating that the current fishing activity was very high in Poyang Lake through the Yan‐gtze River Waterway .Meanwhile ,the population intrinsic dynamics needs to be further studied .
