摘要
从冶炼、轧制、热处理和冷加工等全流程进行了殷钢电缆芯生产工艺的摸索,在调整成分的基础上,采用双电渣冶炼方式,以“固溶处理+粗拔+中温热处理+细拔”的工艺,结合包铝加工技术,研制的殷钢电缆芯性能可靠,完全满足了电缆芯高强度、高扭转的使用要求,应用该电缆芯线能克服温度升高带来的输电线变长现象。
This paper studied the whole invar cable core processing exploration of smelting, rolling, heat treatment and cold processing. Based on adjusting components, with dual electro-slag smelting method, the processes of solid solution treatment, coarse pull, middle temperature heat treatment and fine pull, combined with aluminum process, are used to develop invar cable core. The invar cable core has reliable performances, which fully meet the cable core requirements of high strength and high torsion. The cable can overcome power line length variable phenomenon due to the temperature rise.
