Construction Quality Management of Revamping Gas Tank

通过采用全面质量管理理念对煤气柜整体工程进行了质量策划，对关键工序设置了质量控制点；成立了Qc小组，对侧底板的焊接执行PDCA的管理，编制了质量预控方案，对施工中出现的问题进行了人机料法环的全面分析并提出纠正措施；完成了煤气柜改造施工，为同类煤气柜施工提供了质量管理经验。

This article is mainly focused on the Total Quality Management （TQM） of revamping gas tank. First the quality planning was made for the whole project. The quality control points were set for critical processes. Quality Control Group was established to perform PDCA management on the welding of lateral base plate. The advanced quality control scheme was worked out. The problems found in the construction were fully analyzed from the ＂person, equipment, material, law and environment＂ point of view. And the corrective measures were given. The construction of revamping gas tank was finished, which could provide quality management experience for the construction of similar gas tanks.
