摘要
以橡胶草的根部作为外植体进行组织培养和快速繁殖研究。结果表明:橡胶草根部外植体防止褐化的最佳方法为MS+500 mg/L AC预培养3 d;根部愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+0.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L 2,4-D,平均诱导率为90%;分化培养基为MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA;生根培养基为1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA。
Tissue culture and rapid propagation of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin were conducted with root as the explant. The results showed that 500mg/L of activate carbon in the MS medium of pre-culture tested three days could significantly inhibit the browning of explants. The best culture medium(MS+0.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L 2,4-D) was suitable for callus induction of root, and the average induction rate was 90.0%. The differentiation medium was MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA +0.3 mg/L NAA. The rooting medium was 1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA.
