反井钻机是矿业开发地下工程建设施工的重要设备。以鸡笼山矿业公司盲混合井延深为工程背景,简述了BMC200型反井钻机的结构及工作原理;详细介绍了盲混合井反井钻机施工方案、工艺过程及钻进和安全注意事项。盲混合井延深工程取得了反井钻机钻进成井平均速度6.125 m/d较好的工程应用效果,为条件类似矿山的竖井、主溜井、天井等掘进施工中推广应用提供了借鉴经验。
The raise-bore drill is an important equipment in underground construction.The paper,taking the construction of blind complex shafts in Jilongshan Mining Company as engineering background, introduces briefly the structure and working mechanism of BMC200 raise-bore drill;elaborates the construction scheme,process,drilling and safety cautions during the construction of blind complex shafts.The blind complex shafts expansion project achieves an average excavation speed of 6.125 m/d which is a fairly good application effect.The construction can be instructive to excavation of vertical shafts,main ore pass and raise rock hole.
