摘要
在对南通·1895文化创意产业园全面调研的基础上,分析了其发展的优势、劣势、挑战、机遇(SWOT),进而有针对性地提出南通·1895文化创意产业园阶段性定位及开发步骤,并提出由政府主导、公众参与,以保护社区功能、使用者权益为主要目标的多层次、可持续开发模式。
On the basis of overall research of Nantong＂ 1895 Cultural Creative Industrial Park, this paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of its development. Thus it presents staged orientation and exploitation process of Nantong＂ 1895 Cultural Creative Industrial Park and the multi-layered sustainable development pattern led by government and attended by the public in order to protect community function and user rights and interests.
