装备采购过程中知识产权管理问题研究

加强知识产权管理与装备采购的深度融合,对激励装备技术创新,促进武器装备建设又好又快发展具有重要的意义。分析了目前装备采购过程中实施知识产权管理存在的问题及原因,给出了在装备采购过程中完善装备知识产权管理的对策及建议。

Enhancement of in‐depth integration between management of intellectual property and equipment acquisition is significant for encouragement of innovation of equipment technique and facili‐tation of better and faster weaponry construction.This paper analyzes issues and reasons existing in intellectual property management for equipment acquisition and tells readers how to refine manage‐ment of intellectual property during equipment acquisition.
