Research on Military Equipment Low-Rate Production Mode

军事装备低速生产是一种"不经济"的装备生产方式,在这种方式下承制单位的装备生产线未能发挥出最高效率,装备价格也不是最低的,但是对于保持装备生产能力具有重要的作用。界定了军事装备低速生产的相关概念;分析了采用装备低速生产方式的必要性;提出了运用装备低速生产方式的原则、范围和程序,并对相关配套建设提出了建议。

Military equipment low‐rate production （LRP）is an “uneconomical”producing mode because the production line of contractor cannot operate at maximum efficiency and the price of equip‐ment is not the lowest.However,it plays an important role in maintaining the production capability of equipment.This paper defines some concepts relate to equipment LRP, summarizes several necessities about using LRP,and brings out the principle,scope and procedure of LRP method while giving some suggestions on relevant constructions.
