The report “how Unites States deters China before and after 2020”,by Richard D. Fisher,a senior fellow of American International Assessment and Strategy Center,has causes exten‐sive attentions.At first,this paper makes the analysis on the main points of view about F‐35 fighter in the report and its impact on our national security,then analyzes the technical feasibility of F‐35 fighter.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in aspects including objec‐tives of equipment construction,application approach and technical R＆D of the PLA from the per‐spectives of technology and equipment.
