摘要 美国国际评估与战略中心资深研究员理查德·D.费舍尔(Richard D.Fisher)撰写的《美国2020年前后如何威慑中国》报告发表后,引起了广泛关注。首先对报告中涉及F-35内容的主要观点及对我国国家安全的影响进行了分析,然后剖析了F-35的技术可行性,最后从技术及装备的视角对我装备建设目标、手段运用、技术研发等方面提出对策建议。 The report “how Unites States deters China before and after 2020”,by Richard D. Fisher,a senior fellow of American International Assessment and Strategy Center,has causes exten‐sive attentions.At first,this paper makes the analysis on the main points of view about F‐35 fighter in the report and its impact on our national security,then analyzes the technical feasibility of F‐35 fighter.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in aspects including objec‐tives of equipment construction,application approach and technical R&D of the PLA from the per‐spectives of technology and equipment.
