Equipment Capability Test of U.S.Forces and Relevant Enlightenments

针对体系化装备试验需求,叙述了美军能力试验环境构建的顶层设计与基础设施建设,研究了联合试验与鉴定方法、程序及其在联合任务环境下体系化装备能力试验中的应用,分析了联合任务环境下能力试验的基本特点和面临的挑战,提出了以制定能力试验路线图、构建分布式试验环境、推动能力试验试点工作以及强化试验数据意识为重点的装备试验转型。

Aiming at demand of systemized equipment test,the paper describes the conceptual de‐sign and infrastructure construction of capability test environment of U.S.Forces,discusses the joint test and evaluation methodology and its applications in system‐of‐systems operational testing activities under joint mission environment,analyzes the basic characteristics of capability testing activities and challenges that the test faces,and proposes the transformation of equipment test with the priorities of making capability testing route map,creating a distributive testing environment,pushing for capital test pilot projects,and intensifying consciousness of test data.
