随着传媒业的快速发展,新媒体出现对传统媒体的发展产生了较大的影响和促进。传统媒体与新媒体的融合是未来发展的必然趋势,对传统媒体和新媒体的发展都具有重要意义。作为我国传统期刊|的一种,内刊同时具有传统媒体与内部媒体两种属性,是一类独特的媒介形式。媒体融合背景下,内刊单位需要通过准确定位、专业运作、内刊形式电子化和网络化以及成立内刊专业委员会等多个方面、多重形式的努力来不断适应新形势,发挥自身价值,并取得长足发展。

With rapid development of the media industry, new media have a greater influence on traditional media. Inte- gration of traditional media and new media is the inevitable trend of future development, and has the vital significance to development of traditional media and new media. As a kind of traditional Chinese journals published, the internal publi- cation has two properties, a kind of unique forms of media. Under the background of media convergence, publication unit needs to constantly adapt to the new situation, to play their own value, and to achieve a great development through accu- rate positioning, professional operation, electronic forms and network and establishment of the professional journal com- mittee.
