摘要
目的探讨Benner理论应用于骨科护士分层管理中的方法和效果。方法基于Benner理论将骨科护士分为N0、N1、N2、N3、N4共5个层级,制定各层级的能力要求及岗位职责,改变护理工作模式。结果应用Benner理论对骨科护士进行分层管理后,骨科护士的工作满意度、骨科护理质量及骨科护士疼痛管理水平均比实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Benner理论应用于骨科护士分层管理中,体现了护理岗位的能级对应,取得了较好的管理效果。
Objective To explore the method and effects of Benner theory in stratified management of orthopedic nurses.Methods According to the Benner theory, orthopedic nurses were divided into five levels (N0, N1, N2, N3 and N4) and capacity requirements and responsibilities of each level were proposed in order to change the nursing work mode.Results After the implementation of stratified management, the work satisfaction of orthopedic nurses, orthopedic nursing quality and pain management level were improved (P〈0.05).Conclusion Benner theory in stratified management of orthopedic nurses could make working capacity and level consistent with working requirements, so as to achieve a better management target.
