摘要
目的探讨分析危机管理在急诊护理管理中的应用。方法选取2013年1月-2014年6月急诊科就诊的180例患者,分为对照组90例,实施常规护理,观察组90例,在常规护理基础上予以危机管理;评价两组患者治疗效果、不良事件等,统计护理纠纷发生率,并对护理质量、患者满意度进行百分制评分。结果观察组治疗效果、护理质量、患者满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良事件、护理纠纷发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);差异显著。结论在急诊护理工作中采用危机管理,能够有效防范危机,降低风险发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss and analyze the application of crisis management in emergency care management.Methods Chose 180 emergency department patients from January 2013 to June 2014 and divided them into control group and treatment group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine care while the treatment group was treated with crisis management on the basis of routine care. Evaluated the treatment effect and adverse events of two groups, counted their incidence of nursing disputes and graded nursing quality and patient satisfaction based on hundred-mark system.Results Treatment effect, nursing quality and patient satisfaction scores for treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). Adverse events nursing disputes for treatment group were significantly lower than control group with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Crisis management in emergency care could effectively prevent the crisis, reduce the risk of incidence and have a high clinical value.
