摘要 使用基于云计算的SaaS模式数字医疗平台以后,区域医疗资源实现了整合和共享、医疗卫生服务机构的服务水平、卫生管理机构的管理水平和患者就医满意度有质的提升,说明基于云计算的SaaS模式数字医疗平台符合当前基层医疗机构信息化建设的要求,其应用和推广有助于“医联体”的快速形成。 After using the digital medical platform based on SaaS model of cloud computing, the integration and sharing of regional medical resources, the service level of medical and health services, the management level of health management institutions and patient's satisfaction degree on medical service will be improved greatly, which indicates that the digital medical platform based on SaaS model of cloud computing could fill the requirements of basic medical institutions for their information construction. The application and promotion of this platform will facilitate the establishment of "Health Allians" in the area of information and accelerate the process of health care reform.
