摘要
以激光为光源 ,设计了集光、电为一体的分光镜分光比测量系统 ,消除了传统检测显示仪由于光源光强不稳定产生的误差 ,实现了数字化检测显示 ,在实验研究、工艺加工。
A highly precise measurement system of light splitting ratio of spectrometer with laser is systematically designed, system error based on distabilization of light intensity with traditional instrument is avoided, digital display is realized, it is practical use in experimental reseach and process inspection and maintenance work
