On Development Effect and Problems Existing in Specialized Cooperatives of Agricultural Machinery In Xi Shui County

农机专业合作社是农机社会化服务体系建设的一个重要组成部分。从发展趋势看,农机专业合作社已逐步成为提高农机利用率、促进农业增效、农民增收的重要力量,对农业机械化的发展起到积极的推动作用。文章简要对习水县农机专业合作社的性质及特点、基本情况、在农业生产中所发挥的作用及存在的问题进行调研,提出今后的发展思路。
