摘要
文章首先对我国的中小企业的劳动力需求状况进行分析,对当前中小企业的用工状况进行深入的研究,分析我国中小企业特别是劳动密集型中小企业的用工状况,结合我国中小企业的发展特点,为我国中小企业的发展提供人才引进战略。
