with the continuous advancement of curriculum reform , and leadership of education system of Zhueheng City and research activity is keeping moving forward , teachingand research are drawing more and more the attention from education workers. Based on the kindergarten-oritended teaching and research mode,each unit takes teaching and research union as the main teaching and research mode,and conducts it in many schools and kindergartens gradually,and because of its characteristics such as openness, interactivity, it is more and more welcome to many first- tiers teachers.
