摘要 [目的]探索不同浓度生根剂对小青菜根系特征的影响。[方法]采用小青菜盆栽试验,研究不同施用量的生根剂对小青菜的根系特征的影响。[结果]一定浓度范围内,松土生根剂能增加小青菜总根长度、根表面积、根尖数、根分叉数和根交叉数。随着生根剂量的增加,生根剂所带来的增效并非线性关系,而是到达一定量时,对小青菜的生长增效会有所下降。[结论]在小青菜收获期,5 kg风干土+配方肥+0.3 g生根剂处理组产量最高,与其余处理差异显著。 [ Objective ] To explore the effect of different rooting agent concentrations on root system characteristics of pakchoi. [ Method ] This experiment adopted the pakchoi pot experiment, the influence of different rooting agent concentrations on root system characteristics was studied. [ Result ] Results showed that the rooting agent can increase the total root length, root surface area, root number, root number and root cross bifurcation. With the increase of rooting agent dose, the efficiency brought by the rooting agent was not a linear relationship. The pakchoi growth efficiency will fall when the rooting agent arrives at a certain amount. [ Conclusion] TreatmentS)had the best yield in the harvest, which had the significant difference in the rest of the processing.
