摘要
[目的]测定毛头牛蒡子中Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb、Sr、Ti、Zn等10种微量元素的含量。[方法]用硝酸-高氯酸-盐酸进行消解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定毛头牛蒡子中微量元素的含量。[结果]10种元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,该方法的加标回收率在95.82%-103.85%。[结论]ICP-AES法简便快捷,具有较高的准确性和重现性,可用于毛头牛蒡子中微量元素的含量测定。
[ Objective ] To establish a method for determination of ten elements of Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr, Ti and Zn in Arctium to- mentosum Mill seeds. [ Method] The samples were digested by nitric acid - perchloric acid - hydrochloric acid, the content of ten elements in the Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds was determined by ICP-AES. [ Result ] The results showed that the linear relationship was good and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999, and the recovery rate of ten elements was 95.82%-103.85%. [ Conclusion] The ICP-AES method is simple, fast and has higher accuracy and reproducibility, can be used to determination of the content of trace elements of Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds.
