气相色谱法测定养殖水体及水产品组织中的拟除虫菊酯 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]明确一起因拟除虫菊酯农药中毒引发的突发性大规模死鱼事件中的拟除虫菊酯农药残留量。[方法]运用气相色谱法同时测定养殖水体及水产品组织中拟除虫菊酯农药的残留量。[结果]污染池塘表层和底层水体均不同程度地检出了甲氰菊酯,其含量分别为12.47和19.08μg/L,水体底层含量明显高于水体表层;中毒死亡草鱼除了肌肉组织外,鳃和内脏组织中均检出了甲氰菊酯,其含量分别为3.27和74.29μg/kg,内脏组织中甲氰菊酯的含量为鳃组织的22.7倍。[结论]试验结果为水产养殖生产中类似事故的原因调查、样品采集和检测以及应急处置提供了参考。 [ Objective] In recent years, the massive sudden death of cultural fish that caused by pyrethroids poisoning happened at a number of counties and cities from time to time, and pyrcthroids residues in cultural water and aquatic product tissues in one of typical cases were detected. [ Method] The pyrethroids residues in cultural water and aquatic product tissues were detected by gas chromatography. [ Result] Both the surface and bottom water of contaminated pond were detected fenpropathrin at different degree and its contents were 12.47 and 19.08 μg/L respectively, in which the content of bottom water was obviously higher than that of surface water. Besides, the gill and internal organs of poisoning death grass carp were both detected fenpropathrin except muscle tissues and its contents were 3.27 and 74.29 μg/kg respectively, in which the content of internal organs was 22.7 times than that of gill tissues. [ Conclusion] The results provide a reference for similar incidents survey and sample collection and detection and emergency disposal that caused by pyrothroid pesticides poisoning in aquaculture production.
