Cu^(2+)对“郑巨1号”葡萄试管苗生长的影响

摘要 [目的]了解不同浓度Cu2+对"郑巨1号"葡萄试管苗生长的影响及作用机理。[方法]培养基中添加不同浓度的Cu SO4,检测铜胁迫下葡萄试管苗生长的各项指标(生根数、根长、株高、叶片数等)以及Cu2+对葡萄试管苗叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]低浓度(小于5mg/L)Cu2+对试管苗生长的影响不明显,随着Cu2+浓度的升高(大于10 mg/L),对试管苗生长的抑制作用也逐渐增强。[结论]Cu2+的毒害可通过减少叶绿素的合成等延缓或抑制"郑巨1号"葡萄试管苗的生长。 [ Objective ] In order to test the effects of Cu^2+ on growth of grape tube-plantlets and mechanism. [ Method ] Adding different concentrations CuSO4 in medium, indicators of grape tube-plantlets growth under Cu^2+ stress including root number, root length, plant height, leaf number as well as influence on grape tube-plantlets chlorophyll content were detected. [ Result] The influence of low concentration( 〈 5 mg/L) Cu^2+ on tube-plantlets growth is not obvious. With the increase of Cu^2+ concentration( 〉 10 mg/L), it has obvious inhibitory effects on grape tnhe-plantlets. [ Conclusion] Cu^2+ can be poisoned by reducing the synthesis of chlorophyll delay or restraining the growth of the grape tnhe-plantlets 'Zhengju 1'.
