甜高粱和玉米青贮质量及其对奶牛的饲喂效果

Study on the Silage Quality of Sweet Sorghum and Maize and Their Feeding Effects on Dairy Cattle

[目的]探索江苏沿海地区甜高粱用作青贮饲料的可能性。[方法]以当地种植的玉米材料为对照,对甜高粱和玉米青贮质量进行了比较,并对其对奶牛产奶量和奶品质的影响进行了研究。[结果]用甜高粱青贮饲料混合日粮饲喂奶牛后,日产标准乳量比玉米青贮饲料提高了9.8%。2种青贮饲料混合日粮饲喂奶牛后奶品质总体上差异不大。[结论]甜高粱用作青贮饲料,饲料品质相当于或优于玉米,是奶牛很好的青贮饲料,应在江苏沿海地区地区大力推广种植。

[ Objective] The research aimed to discuss the feasibility of sweet sorghum as the silage feed in coastal areas of Jiangsu. [ Method] Using maize materials planted in costal areas of Jiangsu as control, the silage quality of sweet sorghum and maize were compared. And their effects on the milk yield and milk quality of dairy cows were studied. [ Result ] The daily yield of standardized milk of dairy cows fed with sweet sorghum silage increased by 9.8% than that with maize silage. The milk quality of dairy cows fed with the mixed feed with two kinds of silage bad obvious difference. [ Conclusion] The feed quality of sweet sorghum as the silage feed was equal to or better than that maize, so it is a kind of good silage feed for dairy cows. Sweet sorghum should be popularized to be planted in coastal areas of Jiangsu.
