农村医疗卫生服务同城市医院发展的逆相关性

The Inverse Correlation between the Rural Medical and Health Services and the Development of Urban Hospitals

针对当前农民看病就医的现实情况:农民不管病源的具体情况,盲动性的到大医院就诊,出现农村医院病患稀少、床位闲置,而城市公立医院人满为患、一床难求的现象。提出建立健全科学的乡镇医疗卫生服务体系,大病转移治疗体制,城市公立医院二次确诊制度,异地就医体制。合理疏导病患流,有效利用乡镇医疗卫生服务资源。

The reality of the farmers＇ seeing the doctor for medical service was analyzed and researched ： No matter what the specific circumstances of pathogens,farmers are blind to go to large hospital. It leads to a phenomenon that the patients are rare on rural hospitals and the rural hospitals have many idle beds. While the city＇ s large hospitals are overcrowded and the beds of the large hospitals are in short supply. Therefore, the paper has proposed the establishment of a sound scientific township health service system ,the treatment system of transferring serious ill ,the city public hospital system of secondary diagnosis and remote medical system. By the above methods and measures ,the society and the government can reasonably ease the flow of patients and effectively use the resources of medical and health services in rural hospitals.
