阿坝州土地利用程度动态变化及区域差异分析

Regional Difference Analysis of Dynamic Change of Land Use Degree in Aba Prefecture

阿坝州地处青藏高原东缘与四川盆地西部高山峡谷区的过渡地带,生态环境脆弱。研究阿坝州土地利用程度动态变化和区域差异,可为土地合理开发战略的制定及土地利用总体规划的编制提供理论依据。该研究运用土地利用程度综合指数模型、单一土地利用动态度模型等对阿坝州土地利用程度的变化状况和区域差异进行分析,结果表明：1995-2009年阿坝州城镇村及工矿用地增长量较大,说明此期间阿坝州城镇化和经济发展较快,但全州普遍存在城镇建设用地占用耕地、草地退化等需要引起足够重视的问题。

Aba Prefecture lies in the transition zone between the eastern margin of Tibetan Plateau and the Sichuan Basin, the ecological environment is fragile. Regional difference analysis of dynamic change of land use degree in Aba Prefecture can provide theoretical basis for the land development and land planning. The comprehensive index model for land use degree and dynamic degree model for land utilization were used to analyze the changing condition and regional difference of land use degree, the results showed that resident and industry land has been increasing rapidly in Aba Prefecture during 1995 - 2009, indicating urbanization and economic development is rapid, but existed problems of the construction taking up the cultivated land and grassland degradation.
