循环农业可持续发展的影响因素分析——基于四川省简阳市双河村的调查

Analysis on the Influencing Factors about Sustainable Development of Circular Agriculture—Based on Investigation of Shuanghe Village,Jianyang City,Sichuan Province

循环农业是以农业资源的高效利用和环境友好为特征,以可持续发展理论和循环经济学为基础构建的新型农业发展形态。该研究基于在四川省简阳市东溪镇双河村的实地调研,根据受访农户对当前循环农业生产的认知与评价,以及受访农户的农业产出效益,对当地循环农业发展状况进行了描述性分析,并从经济、社会、生态3方面分析影响当地循环农业可持续发展的关键因素。结果表明,双河村循环农业发展可持续性动力不足。因此,当前应该从规范政府引导,健全市场体系,培养农民人才,引进农业技术,改善农村环境几个方面来推动循环农业的可持续发展。

Circular agriculture is a new agriculture development forms which is characterized by efficient utilization of agricultural resources and environment friendly, and built on the basis of the theory of sustainable development and circular economics. This article takes Sichuan Jianyang Dongxi Town Shuangbe Village as the field of investigation. Through the investigation of farmers cognition and evaluation on the current circular agricultural production, and farmers output benefit of agricultural production, this article makes a descriptive analysis on the local circular agriculture development situation and the key factors affecting the sustainable development of local circular agriculture from three aspects as economy, society and ecology. The research shows that, insufficient sustainable power of the local circular agriculture development. Therefor,this aricle puts forward that there are several countermeasures of promoting the sustainable development of circular agriculture, they are regulate government guidance, complete the market system, cultivate rural talents,introduce agricultural technology and improve rural environment.
