摘要
流调度技术在网络多媒体中有很高的应用价值 ,在简要回顾流调度算法历史发展后 ,提出了一种优化后的流调度算法 Optimized- Patch算法。仿真结果表明 ,Optimized- Patch算法在用户拒绝率。
