互联网金融对我国商业银行的影响路径——基于“互联网+”对零售业的影响视角

The Influence of Internet Finance of Commercial Banks——Based on the Perspective of the Influence of "Internet +" on the Retail Industry

本文对零售业与商业银行的商业模式相似性进行比较研究,并基于"互联网+零售"对传统零售业经营业绩、商业模式的影响视角来分析互联网金融对商业银行的影响。研究发现:互联网金融对商业银行在负债业务、中间业务、资产业务三大业务产生深刻影响,从而引起金融脱媒并危及到商业银行经营业绩、商业模式,其影响路径与零售业具有相似性。根据零售业苏宁模式、银泰模式的突围路径,本文提出商业银行应对互联网金融的两条策略路径——自身转型优化与"互联网+"融合发展。本文建议政府应在互联网金融监管、商业银行增长模式、商业银行混业经营和商业银行结构优化四方面加强政策引导。
