In the process of Product development in auto companies, it is the key to PPAP that the components of new product should consistent with physical. This paper is based on our research of OTS approval in the process of new product development, further elaborates the content and purpose of OTS approved, analysis the method of implementing OTS approval process in-depth, promotes the accreditation management of OTS process to ensure the validity of OTS recognition to get specific operational processes and methods. Hoping to provide reference for the quality control in the domestic auto industry product development.
