校企合作培养人工宝石国际电子商贸人才的思考

On the Developing of International E-commerce Talents of Artificial Gems By Cooperation between University and Enterprise

随着梧州人工宝石产业的发展,企业利用阿里巴巴等电子商务平台开展宝石外贸的业务不断增加,出现了国际电子商贸人才紧缺的问题。文章提出通过加强梧州人工宝石网商商会与本地院校之间的合作,培养企业紧缺的电子商贸人才,从而实现企业贸易发展、高校办出特色的双赢目标。

With the development of the artificial gems industry in Wuzhou, the transactions of gems concluded on e-commerce platform such as Alibaba are continuously increasing, which results in a shortage of international e-commerce talents. This paper proposes to develop e-commerce talents, who are badly needed by enterprises, by strengthening the cooperarion between the Wuzhou Association of Network Merchants of Artificial Gems and the local universities so as to achieve the goal win-win effect, with enterprises obtaining business growth and universities characterizing in their education.
