摘要
库车山前油气区超高温超高压超深井("三超"井)完井方式普遍采用钻杆传输射孔,该区块特定的超高温超高压井况条件对射孔工艺技术提出了更高的要求。基于库车山前"三超"油气井基本井况,以目前库车山前井钻杆传输射孔工艺为例,分析了影响射孔工艺安全和质量的压力、温度等关键性因素;同时对每项影响因素分析总结了相应的可行性控制技术与方法。自实现"三超"井射孔技术和器材的全套国产化以来,该射孔工艺技术已经在库车山前区块得到了全面的推广应用。
Completion of ultra high temperature & pressure & deep well in kuqa foreland area is usually drilling pipe conveyed perforation. The actual well status put forward higher requirement to perforating technique. This paper introduce basic well condition and current perforating technique, analyze the key factors influence the safety and quality of perforating technique, like temperature, pressure factors, and summary analysis corresponding method and technology. Since the localization, perforating technique and equipment get successful popularization and application in kuqa foreland area.
