摘要 大脑形态学研究是目前生物医学工程领域一个活跃而重要的研究课题。脑解剖区域的可视化定位在脑形态学研究中具有非常重要的作用。本文主要通过解析Free Surfer软件在MRI图像处理过程中产生的大脑皮质面数据,实现了一种判定大脑皮质面数据网格点解剖区域的精确定位方法,并通过MATLAB软件对结果进行了三维可视化,方便脑形态学研究人员应用。 Braln morphological study is currently an active and important research area in biomedical engineering field. Accurate localization of braln region plays an important role in braln morphology study. With cortical surface data generated by FreeSurfer software,we establish an anatomical localization and visualization method in this paper. The cortical surface data and location results are visualized through the MATLAB software to facilitate the researchers’application in braln morphology.
