摘要
通过测定大功率LED器件的结温和热阻值,开展辐射涂料在半导体照明领域应用中的评估方法和相关性能的研究。检测了三种不同辐射涂料,并将其与同条件下的无涂料系统作分析对比,观察LED器件的实际降温效果和散热过程中表现出的不同特性。同时,通过阻容模型、加热曲线及传热结构等方面深入解析辐射散热涂料在整个LED热管理系统中的工作情况,以及其对系统各部分散热性能的影响,取得了有意义的实验结果并且提出一种测试辐射散热涂料性能的新方法。
This paper focuses on the assessment of radiation coating which cooling effect was determined by junction temperature and thermal resistance of LED .Three different samples have been tested .The cooling effect and characteristics have been evaluated by comparing with the system without radiation coating .In addition, RC model, heating curve and structure function revealed its role in the whole system and the impact of the thermal performance of various parts .Furthermore, a new testing method of radiation coating has been proposed.
