摘要
改革开放以来,中国农产品批发市场发展经历了自发萌芽阶段(1978—1984年)、快速发展阶段(1985—1990年)、盲目发展阶段(1991—1995年)、规范发展阶段(1996—2001年)、质的提升阶段(2002—2008年)以及集团化发展阶段(2008年至今)。未来农产品批发市场仍将是中国农产品流通的主渠道,在发展第三代批发市场的同时,集团化将向连锁化转变,并呈现公益性方向更加明晰,线上、线下协调发展,把关食品安全成为重要任务,冷链物流应用进一步加强,国际农产品贸易合作进一步加深等发展趋势。
Since reform and opening up,China’s agriculture wholesale market has experienced such stages of development as the stage of emerging (1978- 1984),the stage of rapid development (1985-1990),the stage of blind development (1991-1995),the stage of standardized development (1996-2001),the stage of quality-oriented improvement (2002-2008) and the stage of grouped development (2009-). In the future,the development of this market will still be the main channel of China’s agricultural products circulation;in the development of the third generation wholesale market,the development pattern will be transformed from being group to being chain;and the public welfare,the coordinated development of online and offline,food safety,the application of cold chain logistics and international cooperation in the trade of agricultural products will be highlighted.
