集成商和平台商:流通企业创新转型的两个主要方向

Integrated Merchants and Platform Merchants:Two Main Directions of Innovation and Transformation of Circulation Enterprises

随着我国经济发展进入新常态,流通领域的改革创新至关重要,而大型流通企业(特别是国有大型流通企业)的创新转型应成为流通领域改革创新的突破口和主要抓手。商贸集成商是能够有效连接商品供应商和制造商,并根据市场需求进行商品和服务创新设计,引导供应商或制造商生产并提供符合市场需求的产品,并通过其控制的庞大市场网络销售给顾客的商业组织。全渠道平台商是以实体或虚拟的形式搭建市场交易平台,以招商和租赁的方式吸纳众多供货商进入平台,向顾客销售其产品,并从中获取平台收益的商业组织。国内外经验证明,这两种经营模式能够与当前的市场特征相契合,应当成为我国大型流通企业创新转型的主要方向。

Faced with China’s economy development entering into“new normal”,it is critical for circulation field to reform and innovate. The innovation and transformation of large-scale circulation enterprises （large state-owned circulation enterprises in particular） should become the breakthrough and the main starting point of the reform and innovation in the circulation field.“Business integrated merchants”are the business organizations which can effectively match commodity suppliers and manufacturers,design innovative goods and services according to market demand,guide suppliers and manufacturers to produce and design products which can meet market demand and sell them to the customers through the huge market network they control.“Whole channel platform merchants”are the business organizations which build the market trading platform by physical or virtual forms,attract suppliers into the platform by the form of investment and leasing,sell products to customers and obtain“platform profit”. Domestic and international experience has proved that these two kinds of business modes can fit with the current market characteristics. Therefore,they should become the two main directions of innovation and transformation of large-scale circulation enterprises in China.
