摘要
山西票号的学徒制度对山西票号的发展有很大的影响。通过对票号学徒制度的培训目标、学徒的选择、培训的内容和方法以及考核方式等几个方面进行考察,发现票号学徒制度存在制度设计有一定合理性、培训效果有保障、能提高学徒忠诚度、能提升组织执行力等优点,但同时也存在筛选面窄、不鼓励创新、不够人性化及培养数量偏少等缺点,所以既不能全盘否定这一制度,也不要过分神话它。
The apprenticeship system of Shanxi exchange bank influenced greatly the development of Shanxi ex-change bank. Through our close examination on several aspects of the apprenticeship system, such as the aim of itstraining, the selection of apprentices, the content and method of the training, and the evaluation method etc, we findthat the apprenticeship system of Shanxi exchange bank does have certain advantages:the design of the system isreasonable to some extent;the training effect is guaranteed;the faith of apprentices could be improved;the imple-mentation capacity of organizations could be raised etc. At the same time, there are some shortcomings, such as : thesources of talents are too limited ; the spirit of innovation is not encouraged ; the system is not humanized enough ; andthe number of apprentices is relatively small etc. So we shouldn' t deny the reasonability of this system, nor deify ittoo much.
