摘要
针对林业资源管理决策系统中资源信息可重用性、异构系统互操作性及空间分析能力等方面的不足,论述了网络地理信息系统(GIS based on internet,Web GIS)和开放地理信息系统协会(Open GIS Consortium,OGC)的地理信息Web服务规范,然后对基于Web GIS和OGC规范的林业资源管理决策系统进行了设计和实现,并以北京市大兴区林业资源管理为例,将建立基于Web GIS和OGC规范的林业资源管理决策系统进行了应用。该系统具有良好的异构系统互操作性,实现不同来源数据的访问与集成,为数据提供者和数据需求者搭建起沟通的桥梁。
Aim at the inadequate of reusability of resource information, interoperability of heterogene- ous systems and spatial analysis capabilities for current forestry resources management and decision- support system, it firstly analyzed WebGIS and the web services specifications of open GIS Consortium (OGC), then the decision-support system for forestry resources management based on WebGIS and OGC is designed and implemented. As a case forestry resource management of Beijing's Daxing dis- trict, been applied decision-support system for forestry resources management set up based on WebGIS and OGC specifications. The system has good interoperability for heterogeneous systems, and realizes the data access and integration from different sources, then builds up a bridge for data providers and data demanders.
