摘要
针对目前粗煤泥分选设备的缺陷,为改善粗煤泥的分选效果、扩大粗煤泥入选的粒度范围,提出了采用脉动方式分选粗煤泥的观点。为验证脉动分选粗煤泥的可行性,研制了无风源的脉动粗煤泥分选试验机。通过7种粗煤泥煤样的试验机试验结果证明了脉动方式分选不同可选性、宽粒级的粗煤泥可获得很好的分选效果,脉动分选操作的操作条件对粗煤泥分选效果有主要影响。通过脉动分选试验机的试验,探索了不同性质粗煤泥的分选条件和操作参数,为脉动粗煤泥分选机的设计打下了基础。
In order to improve the separation effect of the coarse coal slime and expand sist, the idea of adopting pulsation to separate the coarse coal slime has been proposed in dea focuses on against the defect of coarse coal slime separators at present. For validating the range of size conthis paper and this i- the feasibility of separating the coarse coal slime based on pulsation, the coal slime pulsation separator without wind source has been designed. Besides, the results of the experiments of 7 types of coarse coal slime samples proves that: 1. The pulsation method has an ideal separation effect in terms of the different washability preparability and a wide range of size consist; 2. The operation condition of pulsation separation has an obvious influence on the separation effect. By experimenting with the pulsation separator, the separation conditions and operation pa- rameters have been researched in terms of coarse coal slime with different properties, which lays the foundation for the design of the coarse coal slime pulsation separator.
