摘要
首先阐述了"三四五"三维煤矿企业文化模式的基本内涵。之后总结了此模式的人本化、系统化、流程化、激励化特征。而后从目的唯、层面维、领域维3个维度进行了系统解析。即安全、高产、高效3个目的,物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化4个层面,经营管理、安全管控、素质提升、技术创新、社会责任5个领域。最后描述了此模式和3个维度的运作机理。
first all, the basic connotation of "three four five" 3D coalmine corporate culture mode is stat ed. Then human based, systematic, processized and motivated characteristics of this mode are summarized. Thereafter systematic analysis i~ conducted from 3 dimensions: aim, level and field. 3 aims include safety, high production and high efficiency; 4 levels are material, behavioral, system and spiritual culture; and 5 fields contain operating management, safety management and control, quality promotion, technological innova tion, and social responsibility. Finally the operating mechanism of this mode and 3 dimensions is studied.
