摘要
二烯丙基二硫醚是大蒜素的有效成分。综述了大蒜素的提取和制备合成方法,即生物提取法和化学合成法,并介绍了生物提取法中的水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法、超临界CO2萃取法等。提出生物提取法提取大蒜素成本高、转化率低;化学合成法合成大蒜素,制取率为87%~93%,得到的大蒜素粉剂有效成分纯度高,药效显著,价格低廉,建议采用化学合成法合成大蒜。
The diallyl sulfide is the active ingredient of aUicin, The extraction methods and synthesis methods of allicin, namely, biological extraction and chemical synthesis were summarized; the steam distillation, solvent extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction and other methods in biological extraction methods were introduced. It was pointed out that biological extraction method to extract allicin has a characteristic of high price and low conversion rate, while the producing rate of allicin synthesized by chemical synthesis is 87% - 93%, the purity of the active ingredients of garlic powder is high, and the etlicacy is significant and the price is low, so chemical synthesis method to synthesize garlic is recommended.
