大采高综采推进速度对关键层垮落型式的影响研究

摘要 针对大采高综采工作面推进速度对覆岩关键层"悬臂梁"垮落运动的关系及其对矿压的影响,通过对工作面关键层"长悬臂梁"和"短悬臂梁-砌体梁"两种结构对工作面矿压影响机理和张集矿1611(3)大采高综采工作面矿压实测数据进行分析验证,发现不同推进速度下关键层"悬臂梁"垮落型式的矿压显现规律;在慢速推进时,关键1与关键层2破断重叠,致使工作面来压剧烈,支护困难,适当提高推进速度可以避免两关键层同时断裂,降低来压强度。 Based on large mining height fully mechanized working face driving speed influence to stratum key seam cantilever beam collapse and mine pressure, through working face key seam long cantilever beam and short cantilever beam- masonry beam, the two structure influence mechanism to working face mine pressure and the analysis and verification of 1611 (3)large height fully mechanized working face mine pressure measured data in Zhangji Mine, key seam cantilever beam collapse strata behavior under different mining speed was found out, in the low mining speed, key seam 1 and key seam 2 broke and overlapped, which led the fierce pressure of the working face and difficult support, improving the mining speed appropriately could avoid the two key seam breaking simultaneously and reduce the pressure strength.
