摘要
针对目前国内矿用绞车自动化程度和控制精度不满足需求的行业现状,对矿用绞车的调速系统进行了研究。阐述了矿用绞车的调速原理和智能调速系统的设计方案,介绍了硬件、软件组成和系统功能特点。实践表明,智能调速系统控制精度高、显示直观、参数设置方便、稳定安全。
Based on mine winch automaticity and accuracy control not meeting the requirement, the intelligent speed control system of mine winch was studied. Speed control principle and the design scheme of intelligent control system were expounded, hardware, software and system function eharacteristics were introduced. The practice showed that intelligent speed control system possesses the advantages of high control accuracy, direet display, easy parameter setting, stability and safe.
