摘要 掘进机液压系统非常重要且十分复杂,由于液压元件数量多、动作频繁,很容易发生故障。针对掘进机截割部摆动故障,利用故障树分析法,构建故障树并进行定性与定量分析。通过定性分析得到导致故障的主要因素,通过定量分析求得系统平均故障时间和故障率。针对易发生故障的油液污染、柱塞泵以及各类换向阀问题提出了改进措施,具有一定的指导意义。 Heading machine hydraulic system is important and complex, due to multiple hydraulic components and frequent movement, which causes fault easily. Based on the swing fault of heading machine, with fault tree analysis method, fault tree was built, qualitative and quantitative analysis were made. Through the qualitative analysis, the main factors of fault were found out, system mean time between failure and failure rate were got through quantitative analysis. The improvement of oil pollution, plunger pump and various directional valve problem was put forward, with some guiding significance.
