摘要
为研究虚拟仿真技术在乳化液特性研究中的应用情况,利用AMESim软件建立K35055M型乳化液泵的液压系统仿真模型,对吸液阀和排液阀的动态特性进行研究,通过仿真结果分析,得到曲轴转速不同时,阀芯的速度曲线、泵头产生振动和噪声的主要来源以及不同转速下泵的容积效率,并通过实践证实仿真结果与实际情况基本相同。
In order to study the application of virtual simulation technology in the study of emulsion characteristics, AMESim software was used to establish K35055M emulsion pump Simulation model of hydraulic system, the dynamic of fluid absorption and drain valves were studied, by analyzing the simulation results, the valve eore speed curve under different bent axle speed, pump head from the main source of vibration and noise, volumetric efficiency under different rotate speed were obtained, the practiee showed that simulation result was basically same with actual situation.
