摘要
液压支架是煤矿生产的必要设备之一,对于煤矿安全高效生产有着重要的作用。液压支架在工作时,其动力是通过乳化液泵站提供的高压乳化液获得的,一旦乳化液泵站出现故障,液压支架将失去动力源。通过总结乳化液泵常见故障类型,建立了由6个逻辑或门、11个底事件构成的故障树。通过定性分析发现导致系统故障的因素,通过定量分析发现系统的薄弱环节,并分析系统可靠性。根据故障树分析结果,提出应加强对密封件磨损和乳化液污染的检查力度,对实际工作有一定的指导意义。
Hydraulic support is the necessary equipment of mine production, with important role to mine safe and effective production. The power of hydraulic support is from high pressure emulsion provided by emulsion pump station, once emulsion pump station has fault, the hydraulic support would lose power. Through analyzing common fault types of emulsion pump station, 6 logic or gate, 11 bottom event constructs fault tree. Factors leading to system fault were found out through qualitative analysis, the weak part of the system was found out by quantitative analysis, system reliability was analyzed. Based on the analysis result of fault tree, improving the inspections of seal wear and emulsion pollution, meant a lot for actual working.
