天然气门站工程设计

摘要 为了保证天然气门站工艺系统设计安全可靠,加强管道自身安全性,保证企业安全生产,结合我国国内现行标准的相关设计要求及工程实践,从天然气行业自身特点、国内标准配套情况等各个方面系统地分析了天然气门站工艺系统设计时应该考虑的影响因素,阐明了燃气供门站工艺系统设计应考虑的安全因素。提出总图布置应在满足国家规范的要求下尽量减少占地;工艺系统设计时应考虑工艺配置和实际操作、社会需求之间的关系;正确设置安全仪表系统参数,减少站场工艺系统误动作。 In order to ensure the safety and reliability of natural gas station processing system design, strengthen the safety of pipeline itself, guarantee safety production of enterprise, combine with domestic existing standard of related design requirements and engineering practice, the factors that affecting system design of natural gas station were systematically analyzed from gas industry itself, domestic standard supporting situation and other aspects. Safety factors that should be considered in the process of system design of gas supply station were clarified. It is pointed out that in general layout, the cover area should be minimized in the requirements of national standard; in process system design, configuration, actual operation and relationships between social and demands should be considered; safety instruments system parameter should be set correctly; malfunction of station process system should be reduced.
