摘要
目的:探讨在妇产科护理带教中引入PBL教学法的应用效果。方法选取2013年9月~2014年9月于我院实习的70名实习护生作为本次研究的对象,将护生随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各有35名护生,对照组护生实施常规带教模式,观察组护生采用PBL教学法予以带教,比较两组护生的理论知识与操作技能成绩。结果观察组护生的理论知识水平与操作技能评分均要明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在妇产科护理带教中采用PBL教学法,能够明显提升实习护士的操作技能与理论知识水平,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the introduction of PBL teaching method in gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching application effect. Methods Choose between September 2013 and September 2014 in our hospital internship 70 practice nursing students as the object of the present study nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group have 35 escort, the control implementation of conventional teaching mode of nursing students, observation group using PBL teaching method to the teaching of nursing students, compare two groups of nursing students theoretical knowledge and skills. Results Observation group nursing students theoretical knowledge level and operation skill scores were signiifcantly higher than the control group, with significant difference (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Using PBL teaching method in the gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching, can significantly improve student nurse operation skills and theoretical knowledge level, is worth the clinical promoted application.
