摘要
目的:探究甲状腺良性肿瘤手术患者护理的双轨路径带教效果。方法以本院2013年6月~2014年10月的32名护理学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,各组16名学生,对照组实施临床路径带教,实验组在实施临床路径带教的基础上,实施专科疾病临床护理路径带教,实习结束时对两组学生进行考核,并调查两组带教方法的满意度。结果实验组考核成绩显著高于对照组(P=0.000<0.01);实验组的护理满意度显著优于对照组(P=0.023<0.05);实验组学生对带教方法的满意度显著高于对照组(P=0.011<0.05);实验组住院时间显著短于对照组(P=0.003<0.01)。差异均具有统计学意义。结论:对甲状腺良性肿瘤手术患者护理进行双轨路径带教,教学效果显著。
Objective To explore nursing patients with thyroid benign tumor surgery the dual-track path of teaching effect. Methods Our hospital 32 nursing students as the research object, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 16 students, control the implementation of clinical pathway teaching, the experimental group on the basis of the implementation of clinical pathway teaching, impart specialty disease clinical nursing teaching, at the end of the internship for two groups of students assessment, and to investigate satisfaction of two groups of teaching method. Results The examination score is signiifcantly higher than control group (P=0.000〈0.01). Conclusion Nursing in patients with thyroid benign tumor surgery for dual-track path teaching, teaching effect is remarkable.
